I received a wrong size of my ordered denim as I ordered a 34 size and received one of size 30. I headed to Almaza city centre store and made an exchange hut they refused to make a substitution with the correct size but they refused to refund the shipping amount. This lack of accuracy incident was so frustrating. Additionally, there is no alignment between the online order and the stores. They didn’t exert any effort to solve my issue or raise an escalation.
